This is a place called Lafayette (or Louisiana...can't remember which right now) Recovery Services.  They collect locally for doctors and hospitals.  Although the number is a Louisiana area code, the caller is always a "limited" English speaking collector.

They call me like 4 or 5 times a day...it is a collection for a hospital bill here in louisiana...so if you have a past due bill then it is probably then reason they are calling...I never answer there is no need to...I don't have the money to pay it back so they can call all they want I'M NOT PAYING>>>WAIT IN LINE
