They just called me again since June 23. Said they were from some vegetation website and got my request for applying for a college. It doesn't seem as much as a prank call like the last one I got. Last time I heard laughter in the background.
I got several calls from this number as well, and called them back. The number is a school, probably a community college. They're looking for students($$$) probably. I tried asking what school, but they hung up before I could ask, which is suspicious. Just call back and tell them you have a PHD. They'll stop calling then.
Im fed up with this crap! I was in the middle of my school work inside school and it went off! i almost lost my phone 2 it. HEY want some advice i got form dis other website? Save 2 ur contacts as "Whocares" and put no ring on it. Or block it
They call my husband several times a day. So today I called and told them to stop calling. The guy was very rude and demanded that I hear him out. I told him we weren't interested in whatever he was calling about and hung up. He proceded to call back several times harassing me. I told him each time to stop calling. He said he wouldn't stop calling cuz I wouldn't let him get a word in edge wise. When I asked him if he knew what harassment was he very rudely said no. And when he kept asking for my husband I told him there was no one here by that name, heehee. He then argued with me that the voicemail says his name. What he should have done was let it go and stop calling. I even threatened to report his calls and he saidhe didn't care and to enjoy the 5000 calls. Thus is very wrong that these people are being paid to behave this way. When my friend asked to speak to a supervisor he said there isn't one and that he owned the company. What kind of crap is this!?!?
I didn't answer but I called back and it was some random college finder thing that called after a friend of mine took an online IQ test. I let her use my phone number so that she wouldn't get solicited and I guess they called to look for her.
