Recorded message says "This is message is from the Internal Revenue Services. The reason of this call is to inform you of that IRS is filing a lawsuit against you. To get more information about this case file, please call immediately our department number 337-944-9280. I repeat, 337-944-9280. Thank you."
This must be a scam. IRS does NOT cold call unless they have a contract with you that you agreed to. They only bill and inform by Postal Mail.
