I got this email also and then realized the person stole all of the information from the actual realty co. Thank goodness I realized it was fishy because I live close enough to ride by the home and realize who is renting it out and somehow it disappeared off of zillow right after I sent the message. This person claims to be Vivian E. Dryden.

The reason why our house is up for lease is because I got transferred from my place of work to West Africa,Nigeria. I have been looking for a rental in Phoenix AZ.   I have looked on Trulia, and found not 1 but 3 listings-all scams.   I have stopped looking on Trulia, and my husband and I will just have to drive down and find somewhere to rent at a legitimate realtor.   It is a shame, but I am a lot wiser now.

I also received a very similar e-mail when I requested info from the Craig's list.  I assume it's a scam as it appears to be a very similar situation. Here it is.
