We've received calls from this number also. Now, I have an Ooma voip phone and I can block the number from ever calling us. Get an Ooma! They are great and available at Costco.
As previously pointed out, these scumbags call under various numbers. We have caller ID so the number shows up on the phone or TV. We just let is ring (we've set the ringer very low) and ignore them. They never leave a message. Being on the do-not-call list means nothing.
