I received an automated women's voice recording : This is the IRS calling..(pause).. you! Please call us at 346-303-9921..blah, blah...
Scam i'm sure. Do not give any information to anyone over the phone; no address, name, age, marital status, previous or current employment, family information, NOTHING! Don't talk to them at all.
They have called twice today and said "The IRS is suing "you" call this number immediately to find out information on this case!
I knew it was a scam and when I looked the number up on the Internet, looks like a lot of people are getting these calls.

I got this too. The IRS would have waited until after April 15 and they wouldn't pursue a suit (an audit, but not a suit) unless an amount five digits or more were at stake. Nobody would ever call about a lawsuit without first warning you by mail or serving papers. They'd at least refer to you by name.
