That the call was OFFICIAL from the IRS and that a suit was filed against me. To call back at the above number.

Answered this call, a robot voice said they were from the IRS and the IRS was going to sue me. It is an obvious scam, poorly done. You can report these kind of scams at the following website: https://www.irs.gov/uac/Report-Phishing

Same voice hung up after i kept saying how is this when my tax are backed by jackson h he hung up

Got 2 calls from them this morning. I create a contact with a silent ringtone then not bothered if they call again.  And thanks to all who post these scams.
