We were deceived as well. Same story about Valde, Maria and Pedro, using our surname.
This must be reported to international police as they are taking advantage of innocent people, asking for A$1750 registration fee so they can can start the "legal process" in Spain. The next payment we were to make was $12000 so he could pay the courts etc.
