I received the same letter in the mail today and I am in Canada. Found it funny since I have received many emails like this in the past but never in the mail. The weird part is that I am just recently married and they had my married name and we just moved a month ago and they had my new address already. Scary. Sent an email in response to the one listed on the site not on the letter just to see what they ask for. Should be interesting to see what they say back.
received a letter as well from ol Mario Izquierdo saying the same thing as the others on this page. I knew it had to be a scam, so I'm glad that at least the ones on this page didn't fall for this scam. I hope others read this site and dont make a terrible decision that they will regret. We all need to report this to the internet crime service and maybe they can report this to other law enforcement organizations that can stop this guy and others like him from stealing poor peoples money that aren't as careful as we are. These people running scams like these are nothing but thiefs preying on the hopes of poor people looking for a miracle to pull them out of poverty.
I recieved the letter as well, and I live in Canada. The best part is they refer to Marek - which is Mark in Polish, as a she. It gave me a good chuckle. I too was offered half of 14 million.
