I also live in Canada and I got the same letter using the same surname, name Marek, with my family name. I found their company (Iberica-Asesorias) on website (very fancy website). I sent an email to the company, not to the email given on the letter but to the official email listed on website. I used my Gmail acct. Got an answer back next day stating they are a legit company and Jacinta Bollo does work there and that the letter is bona-fida. They never acknowledged my question about calling Marek a "she". Since then I have found several law firms used in scams with the same ph# and FAX# but they all have different company names. Very slick scam. I am a stamp collector so at least I got a stamp out of it. Definately a slick scam!

Recieved a letter today from Spain from ABD,Antoonic Diaz Y Socio, Abogados Barrister Antonio Barbero Diaz.saying I had a decease relative with the same name as was entiled to her estate of 12.5 Milion USD I wish! Sounds like a simular story

signature over the print. I believe that they are after account details

My parents got the same scam letter in the mail today claiming Mareka (insert our last name) died and left behind a 14 million dollar fortune which we'd have to split with the attorney. All the same e-mails and phone numbers listed above were in it.

Just received a letter from Barrister Pedro Salvador Garcia Esq in Valencia Spain who works with IBERICA-ASESORIAS.
Tel. +34 632 583 637, Fax +34 911 820 358, Email [email protected] with basically the same information as the previous comments about Mareka (my surname) leaving $14,800,000 with a Safe Secure Company.
If it's too good to be true, it probably is.
