robot call saying it is not for sales, but for a class action legal team against Xarelto. and if i experienced internal bleeding i could sue them. i pressed 1 and spoke to a live person. she asked me if i had internal bleeding due to Xarelto. and what dates i took it, never asked me my name, and told me that an "expert" would be calling me back. i said i needed to speak with my wife first. i asked if there was a # i could call back. she said no. i said there's commercials on tv all the time advertising the same thing and they have 1800#'s you can call, if i called them would i be reaching the same people. she said no. she said they were a non-profit "consultation" group. i asked why robo calling people at home is better than an ad on tv? no answer. she gave me a web address but i can't find it. there's a plethora of class action sites for Xarelto. i smell a scam. any legit company would have a name on caller id instead of "name unavailable"
If you had any chance of a medical compensation claim, you'd receive a letter from a law office - you wouldn't get a phone call. Anyone can call and say they're XYZ Group - doesn't make it so. There are too many scammers out there calling people trying to get their information, or saying that you qualify however you have to pay x amount of dollars.
