These people call before 7 am regularly. It is heartbreaking because they wake people who work into the wee hours of the morning, who need some sleep. I am certain there is a way the phone company can do something about this sort of call with technology, yet we all remain victims of these unscrupulous callers.
I just received a call with the number to call 346-971-6372 saying the IRS wanted to sue me. This is bogus
because I go through my tax accountant and everything is correct, this is a scam.
i received a call too. doesn't sound legit. indian sounding voices but they have American sounding names ; Richard brown said he is a officer with a heavy accent.
Caller from Texas: 345-971-6372 left message that the IRS is suing. What a joke!
I wish I could understand why someone would leave messages like this, yet give no way to return the call.
Scams are for profit, but I cannot see how one gains from a message like this.
Has anyone answered the phone and actually found a live person on the line? Has anyone called back and was able to reach someone?
