Who called from 3471665870

Received a phone call, Caller ID showed it as "New York Call" from 347-166-5870 Caller stated his name is "Scott Henry" from the US Fed. Grants Dept. and that I was selected for a "FREE Grant". When I demanded that caller give me his number so I can call back for verification, he got defensive stating he was "not authorized" to give me that information and that I should go to the government website for it.

He then tried to continue stating that I have been selected to receive a $7,000.00 grant. I again demanded his phone number, this time he got rude and offensive then hung up the phone. I tried to call the number on my caller ID only to get a message that my "call could not be completed as dialed"

This is the 5th call from this number in the past 3 months.

I have filed a complaint with the FTC.

as above: they wanted to give me $$$ from the US government grant branch - just ridiculous

like i would owe them any money.. this is retarded - just dont answer their calls!!!!

They keep calling, letting it ring, wont say anything when i do pick it up. Annoying!
