If your call blocker can block by name it will be much easier to defeat this type of scam/spam caller.

thanks to DG I recognize at least 3-of these Google listing scammers from past. It seems they are calling from just about every where in the US. Give it a rest no one wants to be listed with Google or anyone else.
Picked up and a recording played letting me know that "Google has front page listings available in your area. Take advantage today ... [more b.s.] ... Press 1 to hear more. Press 9 to stop receiving these calls." Guessing they got my contact information from the whois listing for a recent domain name purchase. Sickens me to think that a company makes enough money to invest in auto-dialers to scam people into paying for "front page Google listings". Wish they let me know who they were so I could report them to the BBB
