Just wasted half an hour googling more than a dozen numbers which all called over the last week after registering a domain name at GoDaddy dot com; I've used them for years and this has never happened before. My question is: Has GoDaddy started sharing their customer's data, or are there lurkers out there watching the website in real time as their customers register new products...? I didn't pay for privacy on this one but it's only parked, not in use and not listed. Or is Google causing this crap to happen. A shameful place this world has become.

I too am here because I've been absolutely barraged by spammers since registering for a domain name with GoDaddy. I'm going to compile a list and submit a support ticket with GoDaddy. In the meantime, I'll just keep doing what I've been doing, which is adding the these numbers to a contact I have called "likely spam" and block it.
Lurkers, in businesses that want the domain name so they can park the domain themselves and try to profit from someone who will actually use the domain rather than park it.
