CALLED MY PHONE 11 TIMES IN A MATTER OF 1/2 HOUR....SAID IT WAS A LAW AND INVESTIGATION FIRM AND HIS NAME WAS OFFICER RODGER HARDY....COULD NOT UNDERSTAND WHAT THEY WERE SAYING AND I ASKED TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE WHO SPOKE ENGLISH THEN HE STARTED CALLING ME ALL KINDS OF PROFANITY, SO I HUNG UP AND CALLED THE PHONE COMPANY....THE # DEFINENTLY COMES FROM NY.....AM CALLING THE FCC TO COMPLAIN...HAVE TO OF THE NUMBERS THAT THEY US
yes, it was correct that there was a lawsuit filed against those persons who taken an internet payday loan. my case was a case of identity theft and because of him I was able to sue that person who used my id and SSN# for taking the loan.

I am getting the same call via my cell and work phone. I get the call every 2 weeks (not on my payday). Same exact thing that there is a lawsuit against me. Asked him for the company info so I can contact them directly and he refuses and states they have already tried to speak to me. Told him to mail docs to me and hung up. This has been going on since 11/2010.
