I received a phone call from Charles Brown. I called back and they informed me I owed a pay day loan that I had deposited in in my bank account last year (2009). I told them I never got a pay day loan from the internet and asked who they were representing. I was told they do not know and I owed this money. I told them I am repairing my credit though a lawyer and tried to give them his phone number. He said they did not deal with lawyers and he didn't care if I had one! I told him there was no way I owed this money as I have been through all my debts in the past year. He said he would have me arrested at work. I had my law office call and they just get hang ups. This is a scam. I will be reporting this to the Attorney General's office in Ohio if I get another call and I suggest everyone else do the same.
This is a SCAM !!!!! I have recieved calls from these people several times from several different numbers. Do Not give these people any money and when they call tell them you are filing a complaint with law enforcement
i received a phone call from "sebastian taylor" , he had all my info including SS# and i fell for the scam. i thought it was a loan and was upset by the threats to my job, credit and such. unfortunately i gave them my debit card number and then something clicked when i started to ask for detailed info about loan date and the company name...they could not provide it. the man barely spoke proper english, very thick accent, etc...he hung up on me.
i did receive an email from ACS and since have seen the numerous postings about this, its a scam!!!!!!!

I am also receiving these calls one from a Ricky Williams and the only reason I took this call is because I have a Brother-in-law by this name. Also received a call from a Shawn Miller. I asked him what was the name of his company and he said ACS. I proceeded to tell him that I had received a call a few months ago from a Officer Andy Brown he proceeded to say "Andy Brown who is that" I told him he called me with the same request and just to see where he was coming from I told him I had cleared that account with Officer Andy Brown he said " oh no you have been scammed" you need to call your bank and tell them you want that money put bank into your account and when they do that call him back. .
Well I never called the bank or him because I figured he just want to see if he could get into my account and get the money from me if I fell for his scam.
You can google Officer Andy Brown's number at 714-497-4590 you will find the same information about his company's scam. I don't know if they are connected but they have the same scam going.
These people are terrible and somehow they must be stopped.
