Today I received a call from a blocked number (it showed up as 000000000). The same E. Indian/Middle Eastern that calls from 206-855-5350 so look up that number for more details on these crooks and what they do, this must be their newest number. He left a message saying they were trying to collect on a payday loan that a friend of mine had used me as a reference on and that he needed to call Officer Mike Morris back at 347-289-3901 or my friend would not like the procedures taken on him. Again it sounded like he was calling from a loud call center. He went on to say he was calling on behalf of financial companies against to my friend and he would not like the results. This time instead of good luck he wished me a blessed day. These crooks will try anything! I have yet to return the call but will post updates. (call type list Debt Collector only because Fraud Debt Collector was not a choice)

I also received a call from this number on my house and work numbers. Very thick foreign accent but the names were Joe Marshall and John Williams. Saying that I had a payday loan outstanding and that if I didn't pay I would have a warrant out for my arrest by tomorrow. They did say the loan was through Advance Cash USA and when they told me that the loan was taken out in March of 2009 and what bank it was depositied in, I went back and looked on my records, that account was closed at that time. They are scammers, they may have your information, but do NOT give them any of your banking information.
I too received a call from ACS 'Mark Brown' saying that I needed to contact him back in order to avoid consequences with money owed. He also said something about my SSN. He gave me phone 347-289-3901 but I think it came across on my cell phone as 888-895-0235. I didn't realize I had a message until just now. I tried calling that number back and it says it is an invalid number. I will not be calling him back!

I received a call yesterday from "Frank Morgan" with a HEAVY accent on my work phone. He said I had a loan with Cash Advance USA for $300 but with the late fees and interest, it was now $478.25. He said if I didn't pay it then I going to be taken to court. I asked him how come Cash Advance USA can't contact me theirselves. He told me that they have my email and told me what it was....I told "Frank" big whoopy f**king due...anybody can get online and find someone's email. I told him last year I had a scam and unless he could actually prove I had gotten the loan then I wasn't paying...by this time, "Frank" was getting really upset and started having anger in his tone. (by this time, I was YELLING at him, my co-worker had to shut my office door) I told him "Look you forein motherf**ker, if someone is going to call me for a debt, then I want to speak to someone born in f**king American and who can speak fluent English. I'm sick and tired of anytime I receive or make calls (sales reps. technician help...ect.) I can't understand the idot on the other end. If you want to take me to court, thats fine, you prove I did it, I will pay the money but until then STOP F**KING CALLING ME. "Frank" told me "Oh you are going to court" and he hung up on me.
Don't believe ppl. over the phone because they can provide a email address...make them give you proof. Ask for the company's Federal Tax ID" Every company in the US is suppose to have one. Please don't fall prey to these idots.
I jsut recieved a call from 3472893901 saying they are going to sue me because they deposited money on my account and I havent pai it back, so i told him go ahead and to give me his info so my lawyer could call him back and he hung up. he had an indian accent and said his name was danial smith.
