I have been getting these calls all day. The guy said his name was John and was very verbally abusing. He called me a [***] and a Liar and used the F work repeatedly when I told him I did not know what he was talking about. He would hang up and call back accusing me of hanging up and continue to verbally abuse me. Finally, I pretended that I was going to pay in order to get his information. I got the name of the company ACS Affidavit Consulting Services which I cannot find on line. I requested that he send me documentation of the debt and he refused threatening to send me to court. This man would not allow me to speak with a supervisor and refused to give me any information. I did contact the company that I do have a loan with and they know nothing about this company.
I am contacting the attorney general of my state and looking at what can be done about this.
I am receiving calls from Alvin Hodge of ACS- Affadavit Consulting Services- supposedly based out of Tampa Florida- the number coming up is 772-409-6079- when you check this number online it does not populate a company name- I was receving calls from a Michael prior to this- they are saying that I too, have an outstanding loan ranging from 400.00 to 5000.00. I do not- I jsut called my local sheriffs and filed a complaint against them.
