Some debt collector (LT Financial Services or something like that) looking for someone I never heard of before, called on my cell phone # which I have had for the past 2+ years.  She began the call saying that the call was being recorded then asked 4x in a row if I was Mr. XX, to which each and every time I said no.  I informed her that she was calling a cell phone and that she remove my # from her database or face legal consequences for failure to do so.  What a PITA to deal with this scum.  Act aggressive with them from the start - firm and decisive.  She thought she got her man when I answered the phone so she was pushy; it was good to turn it around back on them
