My name is Craig Hampson, I am the owner of the apartment at 490 Clove Rd #2F Staten Island, NY 10310. The monthly rent is $900,security is the same as rent $900.Presently, i am in Canada working as the Market Vice President, ATB Financial, North Calgary, Canada. I can come down to show you the apartment if i am convinced that you are serious. The initial plan was to sell the apartment. which we tried, but the Realtor inflated the prize hence taking more time to sell, because of this reason, we need a responsible person that will take very good care of the apartment. Most importantly ,a serious and trust worthy person who will be willing to pay the rent without delay.
Note; the move-in cost is the total amount of 1 month rent and a security deposit. As a very busy person I would only take my time to fly down to the US for you to preview the apartment, only if you accept to pay the above move-in cost after seeing the apartment.
FURNITURE : Apartment is fully furnished but if you are moving in with your furniture there is a storage room in the unit where you could keep our furniture.

This is the number that was given to me by someone answering my inquiry about a house for rent.  He states he is Steven Fedorchuk, and googling the name comes up with a real person confirming he is in Canada.  Thanks to this site which also came up on the search, I have reported his use of a new number to Craigslist and I will not be scammed.  Check it out and keep reporting people- tell friends to take the few minutes to do so as well.  Let's limit the impact a few idiots can have on us!

I to go the same info and was told to do a money transfer and send him the receipt in an email. I found it a little odd but I've been looking for an apartment and was happy when I found this one. The transfer didn't go through thank God and when I told him, he stated I should go to another money transfer place and send it again so I ask why if he saw my husband and I had the money but he stated he needed to know it was there his name or should I say the name he's using is Craig Hampson and he's also in Canada working at some big financial company. I hope they find him but people please be on the look out for monsters like this using people's need against them.
