Same thing! Man with an Indian accent called claiming to be the IRS. Very rude and demanding. They also called from (347) 298-7033. DO NOT take their calls.
I have received several phone calls from a woman from India claiming to be from the IRS and that if I do not return the phone call immediately they would send the police to my door to arrest me.
Same thing! IRS scam from a woman with a weird accent. I looked up the number and it belongs to someone named Dermitt Vagas. Definitely not the IRS. Don't trust them.

The IRS does not initiate contact via a phone call, they first send postal letters.
The IRS does not threaten arrest.
The IRS does not demand immediate payment over the phone.
The IRS does not ask for Credit card, Debit card, or prepaid money card information, at all.
It is a scam ran by offshore criminals attempting to trick you into sending them money.
