This is a Scam!!! But why not have some fun with all the scammers and play along with them for as long as you can and waste their time!! Pretend to do what they say on your comp and act dumb and make them repeat what they tell you to do, then when you have played with them for about 10 mins and they ask you what does your comp screen say now , make up something like I did after playing with them for about 20 mins!! I said huh!!!! my comp screen says ( if someone calls you and says they are from microsoft it's a Scammmm ) Time for us to turn the tables on these scammers and have some fun with them!!!!
they call from this number may be hacked or spoofed. Isaac's Technical Services and or Microsoft. These criminals belong in jail they will plant ransomware in your computer if you let them.
