I received 2 phone calls from this number saying this is Windows security center and my computer has been hacked. He gave me a ridiculous long number that apparently was my computer ID code. I did not look it up since that even could be a scam. I asked his name, Max Smith. I said that's pretty generic. I don't mean to offend any Max Smith's out there, but his name didn't seem to fit. He told me his dad is American and mother is Mexican but he had an Indian accent. I could hear other people in the background making it very difficult to understand him with his thick accent. I asked for his work ID number so I could call windows and ask about him, he said he just started at the company and is in trial mode and when he's hired, he'll get an ID number. Clever but not good enough. Gave me a number to call to see if the company is legit, of course I won't call that (844-273-1889).  Got another call a few minute later (932-726-5320) with another insistent, Indian accent man claiming the same stuff. I told him another person just call. I mentioned it being a scam but he still pursued. I hung up and blocked the numbers.
