I have received about a dozen insistent calls recently through Jan 2014 from this David Wilson from the phone number above. He and his cohorts keep telling me that they represent Microsoft, and insist that I open up my PC so that they can guide me to protect against hackers! Oh really? Unfortunate, unsuspecting consumers could easily fall prey to these scam artists, who sound like they're from Pakistan/BanglaDesh, and all they want is to hack into your systems to get important banking passwords, and credit info. When I checked with Microsoft CS, they had never heard of these scamsters!

they tell you completely ridiculous things like MS services are stopping one by one - of course they are that is how it works - now they said someone in another state was trying to delete all my email - but they couldnt tell me what my email was - problem is they keep calling.
they also gave other same MS service getting warnings and want to fix my machine - they keep calling - havent even gotten to asking me for money yet since I call their bluff and just ask to call back - 347 321 4173 is another one they use and it is on a few websites as contact number but it never works.
