I just got the energy representative call from someone with a strong foreign accent. She noticeably hesitated when she said what her own name was, as if she were trying to remember which one to use.
This number called my home phone today at 1:45PM and hung up. When I dialed back the number a recording said the number was not in service. I called back a second time to make sure I called the right number and got the same recording. If the number is not in service, how could they call mine?
