I received 2 calls in the last two weeks from male with East Indian accent wanting to talk to Amber Nealey (sp). Over the last 4 yrs have received probably 100 calls from the same guy, but from a different number, always asking for Amber. I have no idea who Amber is.
This guy named "Michael Jones" with a heavy Indian accent called my cell phone stating his was with Public Consolidating Services. There is apparently a case being filed against my name and social security number, so I kindly asked him what is my social security number? He then transferred me to his supervisor "George Martin" I asked George what the name of the man was I was previously speaking with and he would not answer my question, probably because he can't remember all of the fake names they give out. So he kept telling me this was in regards to a Cash Advance payday loan, and at that point I knew it was complete bull and told him just that. I also asked him for my social security number which he could not provide, you think they would have it since there is a "case against me" but still no answer. He just kept over talking me. I then asked him for his real name because I'm certain it is not George Martin, he became irate calling me all kinds of vulgar names. At this point I started calling him Jabib Patel and laughing because it was amusing to me. I told him I am not stupid and would know if I had a payday loan. This is a scam and they are trying to rip innocent Americans off. I told him to get a real job and hung up. He called back and I kindly blasted music in the phone the next 5 times he called and that was the end of that.
These guys call my business all the time looking for various associates. It is pure scam. I always give them the number to the local FBI Branch and local Prosecutor's Office. These calls always have a deep Indian accent and always give me a randon everyday name. Today he was Mark Henry.
I got a call from this number early in the morning when I answered there was music blasting in the background, the man with an indian accent told me his name was officer michael jones. That his supervisor wanted to talk to me he transfered me to another man who only identified himself as an officer from new york. He said my name & ss# were under investigation due to me failling to repay a loan & my family member kim harris (who by the way I dont know) was about to be arrested & I was next. I told him my attorney has told me they are full of [***] & scam & they better not ever call me again. I hung up & blocked this # from calling my phones.
Got a call from this number and he knew my social number. He said I could either pay the debt or go to jail. I told him due to the economy " I chose jail" that made him mad, so he then told me about what somebody was going to do to me in jail. I told him he was more concerned about my A** than I was. I couldn't help but laugh, he continued to curse me out and hung up. This is a scam, I wish someone somewhere could stop them.
