They call 3 or more times per day but never leave a message

They keep calling me and forcing me to pay when I don't have money and I tell them I can't call and they keep bothering me

I received a call from these scumbags at 4:30 AM today----on Christmas Eve.  Fortunately, my phone was on "silent" so it didn't wake anyone up.  But come on!  4:30?????  Must be from another country.
