Got a voice mail from this number, claimed it was a "Mike Davis". Stated that my name and SSN # were under a state investigation. They have called several times always the same voice, but different number. They have the last 4 of my SSN number correct, but then have a wrong name with it. Then the next call had a different name (suppose to be me) with the right last 4 of my SSN. They also call from 347-439-7336. This is just a scam that is going around. I have never been in any kind of trouble nor have I ever broke any laws.
Got the exact same phone call today. I have given my information over to my lawyer. The one that called me earlier said I owed money which I don't....ITS A SCAM.
Keeps calling with dfferent titles such Federal Bureau of Investigation, or This the State Investigator, or things such as what stated just want it stopped
I got a call from this guy with a voice sounding indian telling me that he is calling on behalf of USA Cash Advance stating that he tried to collect a payment that I owe USA cash advance. I told him that I ever borrowed money from this company and that I need to pay them back. He stated that this company send a cashier's check to my house in the amount of $300.00 and I owe them $389.00. He was very very rude to me telling me that if I don't pay that he is going to clean my bank account out and he told me to shut up and listen to him. I cussed him out and told him not to call my phone anymore and if he touch my money in my bank account I will sue the mess out of him and I hung up the phone. He kept calling me back threating me and telling me to have my lawyer call him. I told he that I never borrowed any money from this company and that I never approved from them to send me a $300.00 check and if he feels that I did that Cash Advance needs to mail or fax over the paperwork that I approved this loan. He told me that's it's my responibility and his no doing nothing. I asked for his supervisor or the manager and he told me he is not giving anyone and that I need to stupid and listen to him.I went home and opened all my miscellaneous mail and I did not find any cashier's check could I was going to send that back because I did not ask for that. Oh, I asked him when they gave me the money he told me oh, at the ending of August. I asked him what day in Aug. he kept telling me at the ending of August. Sorry if if you can't understand I'm just mad and I can't write well when I'm mad
