I received a phone call from this number today and the name I was given was James from the US Justice Service. I gave them no information but took their number and began researching them and alerted my local Justice DEPARTMENT. They claimed that a Cash Advanced loan was defaulted by a family member of mine and that I was also liable for this. He insisted that I would be going to court the very next day as well unless this $5484 was paid immediately. Since I had not signed any loan papers in over 6 years I knew that this had to be fraudulent. After speaking with my lawyer and the local authorities I called them back and let them know to feel free to sue me for this amount and I would counter sue them. I am sure they just moved on to the next name on the list.

The same number called me today. I almost fell for it because I had gotten a loan in the past. On the way to committing a sheer act of stupidity I called the number to verifiy the fax number and what do u know? The number is disconnected. These people have been calling my job!!
I received a call from this number today and the man can scarcely speak English. It is filled with nothing but threats and warnings not to ignore the message. On the other hand it is difficult to even understand what the joker is saying!
Me too. I had taken out a cash advance loan, paid them back. This person "Ricky Smith" called me and MY JOB. Hard to understand, said he was from US Justice Dept. said he was from the government agency. Same set up, I'm being sued for fraudulent activity, but they will accept payment to avoid going to court. I was so scared, my hands were shaking, then I realized I didn't owe anyone any money. I then called the local US Dept. of Justice (the correct name) and told them, they confirmed it's a scam and to call them back and tell them I've filed a complaint against them and they are following through. I called Ricky back and he said, oh well then we will pursue it. I said okay and don't call me any more. Scared the **** out of me. I hate these people. I don't know how to remove my job number from the data base. Kinda concerned about that.
I've received phone calls from this number numerous times threatening me to retain an attorney. He never mentions the business he represents. His name is John Carter. He has a strong Indian Accent. When I lookk at the phone id the number comes up #1052573584.
He calls me on my office phone/home phone and cell phone.
