I received a phone call from this number today and the name I was given was James from the US Justice Service. I gave them no information but took their number and began researching them and alerted my local Justice DEPARTMENT. They claimed that a Cash Advanced loan was defaulted by a family member of mine and that I was also liable for this. He insisted that I would be going to court the very next day as well unless this $5484 was paid immediately. Since I had not signed any loan papers in over 6 years I knew that this had to be fraudulent. After speaking with my lawyer and the local authorities I called them back and let them know to feel free to sue me for this amount and I would counter sue them. I am sure they just moved on to the next name on the list.
I have received 2 calls in the last three days i told them i would press charges for harassment and they procceded to call me a criminal! they would not give me a company name and the guy on the phone said his name was John Foster he is also his supervisor and said that i was going to be arrested! these people have been calling me as well. I finally filed a complaint and contacted my local FBI office..i would suggest you doing the same. He said his name was Jake Tyler then he transferred my to his "supervisor" whose name was Ricky Smith but neither could provide a case number,lawyers office or a govt i.d number...sounded really fishy and he actually said i was going "mad" can you believe the nerve of these ppl..good luck
i recieve a call dont no the number can not retrace it it only said whit a registered voice good bey some body receive a strange short call like this whitout the capacity to retrace the call
