Called three times in a row when we didn't answer.  We never answer calls that are obvioulsy sales crap.

rep. left message regarding my current utility bill and a rebate check.  Rep. asked me to have my utility bill handy when calling back.

Have told them to remove our name from calling and today had around 12 calls.

This is a company that is legit and does everything it says it's going to do. The problem is that the people that answer the phones are ignorant for one and dont listen secondly. If an intelligent person would get on the phone, there wouldn't be a problem. It's hard to believe these people actually run a business. It's not a scam.

They call me several times a week, telling me they are nyseg and want to offer me a rebate. Yet they don't have any of my information. It's gotten so bad, one day I hung up and they called right back, I hung up on them again only to receive a third call back immediately after I hung up. Help!
