Just received a weird text from this number wanting to order some marykay products and wanted me to email her because her cell was faulty. A couple of months ago I got another weird text and I responded with an email and the person wanted to order products and pay with a check from someone else. I googled the home address and it was fake. Please watch out for this person....
I got one today 4 part message but was only 3....now using online messaging service to contact saying that her phone does not accept messages because it is a land line. She said she needed help with some products for a wedding that her daughter was to attend. Requested me to get back to her via email. So, I checked it out here and was able to find out how much trouble this person is causing. Glad I did. Not much response coming from me.
I just received one too. It was from Jessica Baker and the phone number was 903-732-6674. Same story about daughter's wedding and phone not able to store text for long.
Reading through some of these please be aware that if you get a check from them and you cash it that your bank information might be on the back of the check that they will get back.
I also got a very similar message from someone looking to buy my wedding gown site unseen, except the message was from "Susan Sands":

We wish to inform you that Susan Sands has made her intentions known to PayPal that she will like $400 USD to be sent to the recipient's address below via Western Union Money Transfer and as per New PayPal Payment policy, we have fully debited the total amount (above) from the buyer's account which included the Transport/Delivery Charges ( SHIPPING COMPANY).
In order to complete this transaction and get the funds approved in your account. We advice you go to nearest Western Union Office, and send the $400 USD to the Transport Agent and send us a Scanned Copy/Photograph of your Western Union Transaction Receipt (in .JPG Format).

Received the same daughter's wedding story and consultant with cancer. Check arrived today for $2500 for $200 in product! Jessica Baker is the name and she has yet to send an address.
Contact the bank the check was drawn on. Chances are 100% the bank will tell you the check is a fake. Ask them if they want you to forward the check and any contact information to them for possible prosecution.
