It's a fake IRS phone scam I called myself as what was going on with a fake name and the guy pretty much told me to go f*** myself and that it was a scam
Received three calls in one day. Caller represented himself as IRS agent. IRS does not call you without sending a bill first. This is a SCAM. I blocked them from my phone.
Received a computerized voice message stating the IRS was filing a lawsuit and to call them at 347-394-1651. Obviously a scam. The IRS would be doing business by mail and if it were legit there would be some case or file number, etc. They also would just give you a main phone number, you would probably have an extension number to enter or something more official.
