Called my cell- left no message. I have been on the do not call list for years and still get several scam/sales calls a day. Criminals don't care about following the law.
nonsense no voicemail left...upon call back hour later ... "thank you but our survey is over" announcement. I blocked this number from any further calls.
Called and left no message. Did not pick up. Why can't someone do something about these calls? A perfect example why capital punishment should be allowed.
