I just got a call saying they were filing against me. I tried to get details but they would not disclose. I had to ask a dozen times to even find out who they thought was filing against me. They (2 men) had rude voices and when I told them I thought it was a scam they got LOUD and even moree rude.(I was recently scammed out of $1245 dollars) I will not play the fool again. I just hung up and they have not called back. They did say they were from Brooklyn, New York and they were legal people representing Cash Advance USA.
I got a phone call from the same number saying the same thing! My lawyer is involved and he says that he will be filing on them tommorrow and thats for real!

I've been getting these phone calls for the past two years and they will come several times in one day and then I don't hear from them for another month or 3 months and then I'll start getting their phone calls. They have my cell number, lastt 4 ss number and last 4 of one of my checking accounts. How are they getting this information?
Anybody heard from Alexander Black? He keeps threatening to sue me for 421 dollars and to send out a legal team to investigate me. My employer has personally told them to stop calling our office he does not listen. He has called five times in one hour today.
