The messages left on my phone have been left threatening of the imminent default of a NONEXISTENT loan. The caller gave his name as first Marshall, then said Michael Wilson and had a very fake Indian (Punjabi) accent. Claimed he was calling from the Verification department of a "Law Firm", but in subsequent calls named the company as PFS (Public Financial Services) or something like that. The cell phone number that he left for me to contact him (his "direct line" was traceable as a cell phone number on a Nextel account which was traceable back to the Greater New York Area, (New York greater metropolitan area, Little Neck, Queens, etc) while the land line (area code 508) is obviously for Worcester, Massachusetts.
I JUST SPOKE WITH THE NYC POLICE AT THE 107TH PRECINT AND FILED A COMPLAINT. IF ANYONE HAS MORE INFORMATION OR NEEDS TO FILE A COMPLAINT CALL 718-969-5100 NYC POLICE 107TH PRECINT.
THEY HAVE BEEN CALLING MY OFFICE FOR THE PAST FEW DAYS AND THEY CAN NOT PROVIDE ME WITH ANY INFORMATION. AFTER I STARTED TO GET ANNOYED WHEN THEY COULDNT TELL ME THE NAMES OF THE LAWYERS IN THEIR "LAW OFFICE" THEY CALLED ME A STUPID MAN AND HUNG UP.
HOPEFULLY IF THE POLICE GET ENOUGH COMPLAINTS THEY WILL DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT AND ARREST THESE GUYS.
These guys are SSSSSSSSSSCCCCCCCCCCCCAAAAAAAAAAAMMMMMMMMMMM !! They keep calling me every day leaving nasty messages. Already reported these jerks to the local sheriff.
they keep calling my job. i did make payment arrangments but i used a prepaid mastercard because i will not give them my real account info. so on the day of payment i didn't make the payment and these [***] keep calling me and my job calling from different numbers and using different names .
so if you get a call from mr peter jones from PCS tell him to go and [***] his self. i will call the 107 NYC police department and fill a complaint and i will get a lawyer.
Started getting calls about a week ago stating that I received a payday loan about 6 months ago and now my ssn and address are being investigated by the federal govt. I need to send them $500 for the loan and the matter wont go to court. First of all, I didnt receive a loan; however I did do some research about installments loans on line; BIG mistake. They got some of my personal info and now I am scared to death
over how far these a#$&holes will go to scare me. I think I will call the police # someone provided in an earlier complaint and maybe try to notify the New York State Attorney General's office. I live in Ohio.
