The message is a advertisement for a credit card balance transfer service. I made the mistake of asking them why they were violating the do not call list and they hung up. I should have asked for a callback number faking service problems. oh well
Same as the other reporters. Fake number on caller ID from a "debt consolidation" company. Pressed 9 and asked to be removed and he hung up. Called back and the number was not in service.
