This company has several different company names. It will always be a woman or a man with a thick indian accent trying to scam money out of you by telling you you owe them money from some sort of payday loan. Don't give them any account numbers its a scam. They will even cuss you, tell you that you are going to jail, the are coming to get you at your work for full embarrassment and go as far as to call your employer and tell them the same thing. Call the fcc, the national credit assosication because this is called harrassment. Tell them not to call you anymore and then join all of us in a class action suit. Now they will also call you using different phone numbers. Beware don't give them anything and tell them you are going to jion our class action suit
I actually went to the police station with the messages they said there's nothing they can do. i was told to do the same thing you did asked them to send a letter. The police cannot do anything unless there's a paper trail. Jim Roberts and Mark White
I receive calls from this number at lease twice a month. Today they called me at work good thing i answered and told them i no longer work here. I then checked my voicemail on my cell and sure enough it was PCS a Mark White. Telling me I have a Lawsuit against my social and he gave me the number which is scary. What can we all do?? The police station told me to get a letter they wont send me one. There must be some way to Stop this.
Be advised to all persons scammed by these people, I have also been a victim of this [***] and he does not realize that I put in a complaint with my town police also put in a complaint with the Federal Bureau of Investigation for terrorist threats against boston. He will continue try to contact you just inform him/her that they are being monitored by the FBI and trust me they will show their true colors. DO NOT VERIFY ANY INFORMATION WITH THEM!!!

I got the same kind of call today and it was kind of freaky. He had my DL#, SS# and Bank Account number and he threatened legal action for a Payday Loan from last year. The thing is I didn't have a loan last year and y bank account was only opened in January. I called my bank and had an alert put on the account. Luckily with Chase they have a ZERO liability for unauthorized charges. I have been calling back with a blocked number to see how he likes it, and boy did he get mad!
