This company has several different company names. It will always be a woman or a man with a thick indian accent trying to scam money out of you by telling you you owe them money from some sort of payday loan. Don't give them any account numbers its a scam. They will even cuss you, tell you that you are going to jail, the are coming to get you at your work for full embarrassment and go as far as to call your employer and tell them the same thing. Call the fcc, the national credit assosication because this is called harrassment. Tell them not to call you anymore and then join all of us in a class action suit. Now they will also call you using different phone numbers. Beware don't give them anything and tell them you are going to jion our class action suit
I received this call today 10/04 from 347-269-0835 I didn't answer so they left a message. He stated that my SS# was in a investigation and I was going to be sued. So I googled the phone number and seen this website. He also call my work number from 318-418-0401 saying that he was going to send my information to the court house and I would be sued. I told him to go ahead and I will deal with the court house when I get the letter. He kept saying did you not hear me you are going to be sued. I said ok send my info to the court house I will deal with it, and he hung up.
I got five calls from this number, and thanks to my Side Kick and an app number block they have been blocked not worried because if they call with another number it will be block as well. The app is called mr.number droid market.
Had an "Urgent" message left from a woman named Annie (or Amy) Rogers - who could barely speak English. This is a scam... Ms. Rogers said she was calling from the "Legal Department" of a finance company regarding someone's fraud case, and that I needed to pass the message to this other person and that they needed to call Ms. Rogers at 347-418-0401, and that it was regarding "his" social security number. Ms. Rogers couldn't even get the correct gender. And to top it off, this person Ms. Rogers was calling about doesn't even have any dealings with the finance company that was mentioned.
they claim they r pcs legal dept. got a call from john wilson, who called me about 9 months under a different name i reconize his voice, they have more than one call back number.
This person named Stacy Roberts keeps calling with the weirdest message. She said there are serious legal issues that are going to be affecting my social security number in 2 business days. She said she is from law office PRS and I am to return her calls ASAP otherwise it will be too late and I will have to pay attorneys fees in this action. Her messages sound very threatening. She ends her messages with "have a blessed day and good luck to you'.
