tried to say IRS & FBI were going to start a case against me.  they called my office phone.

Called my home line today. I answered to find an automated recording suggesting they have been trying to reach me about unpaid bill and an arrest warrant has been issued. Advised me to call back at 347-418-0406. Saw comments on this sight and ignored.

Ya same thing here this is crazy can't they b caught !

They can't be caught because they are most likely in India.

Fnord is right, most of these calls are coming from India and Pakistan, unless those governments decide to co-operate, not much can be done.

Do consider getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $40.00 or so.If its a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number.
