This caller left a message for me saying he is from the Law Offices of B. C. S.  He said that I needed to call him back about 4 legal issues involving my name and SS#.  I called my lawyer who said this was probably a scam.  Since that call, I have learned that this person by the name of Brian O'Conner has called one of my family members and my work and harassed them.

This company called me too left the same message like a year ago I panic bcuz they demanded me to pay money that I didnt have and if I  didnt pay they were going to send me to coury and officially to jail they wete going to send someone to pick me up from my work how embarrasing right? They also jarrased one of my siblings and my work! Good thing I had a friend lawyer who did reasearch on them found out it was a scam ppl trying to get money out off you no matter what! So they have the guts to cont calling me today and told me the same stuff thinking I didnt know what they were up too! Can I sue them? By the way I have proof that I paid this bills they want me to pay!

Try assigning a "no ring" tone the number so it won't be so annoying. Inform your employer you are the target of a scam.
THIS IS AN EXTORTION SCAM. Scammers use bought/hacked loan application data to extort payments for fictitious debts from victims and victims' families and friends.
