Don't know who it is.............don't answer

Has called 2times a day leaving one message with just background noise, doesn't talk at all

Indian man called from this number explaining that I was approved for up to 2500.00 of "free" money. I laughed and said "nothing is free and I'm not interested", he called me a [***] sucking [***] and hung up. Wow.

They call me twice a day and no messages, I will not answer either

I just actually called this number back and the  person, that can't talk english well, stated that I am approved for money.....I stated REALLY, I have not even identified myself.   He can't trace the call, as I called from work!
