Nope... It does not work that way.  No jail, court, etc.  even if you do owe money.  That is a scam.

Received an email stating that I owe for a loan, do not owe for any loans nor made any loans. Scam.

Got same email about owning $900.00 on a loan. It was going to court... And all that crap SCAM!!!

Received an email stating I owe ACE Cash Services $954.15, this is fraud and stated that I am going to be reported and my ss number is on hold. Also said the United Legal Investigation Bureau had three serious allegations about me none of which are true. This is still upsetting.
