I have received two phone msgs at work from this same rude guy with a thick accent! Who states he's a paralegal and has court documents to file against me! I have done pay day loans in the past but will never do them again! I don't owe this guy anything except a bull horn in the phone.
Recieved a voicemail on my cell and also a message at my job from some guy with a thick accent. The man was very rude and short with his words. He tried to say my name then told me the last 4 digits of my social. I was then told that I had 3 "consumer" charges against me. I was told that I had taken out a loan and have not paid it back. I returned the call and then some woman answered. The lady just kept asking me my name and telephone number. She hung up on me because I refuse to tell her it and when I tried to call back the phone number kept going straight to voicemail and messages are full. I have since filed a complaint with the FTC and put a security hold on my credit report.
I also got a call on my cellphone from some guy with a thick accent. The man was very rude. He said my name and told me the last 4 digits of my social. I just got a call on my cell phone as well as at work. The man with the thick accent told me I needed to pay back a loan. When I told him I have no loans he then told me to call my lawyer and call them back.
I just got a phone call from this same guy. They are scammers. I had a payday loan and paid off the loan they are still harassing me. If you receive a call, I would call them back and tell them to leave you a loan or you will report them to the police. These people will threaten you but there is nothing they can do.
