First of all I never took out a loan w/ the company he claims to represent, and then I told him that I would see him in court.

I keep receiving the same type of calls from this idiot. I never pick up, and he always leaves a message on my cell-phone(how annoying!) stating that he's from a law firm and I have one last chance to take care of this matter before he is forced to take legal actions on me and can do nothing but "pray for me" is myself or my attorney do not respond. He always has an American name with a very heavy Indian accent. You can't understand him at all. He dosen't even say what matter he is calling on. It's an international number that can't even be called back. My husband and I defaulted on a Payday loan when we were in the military and are in the process of filing for bankruptcy, so he can't touch us. Theses are just scare tactics people! Do NOT give these creeps any personal information or show fear!
