The outfit Client Services claims to represent a State Agency, that can provide relief for those of us who live in supported housing and their utilities are not covered by rent. Oddly enough 90% of all apartments in the City are like that one. Mine is. But it's not a Housing Authority failure, its owned by an agency yes. They do not want to believe that there are people who do not want them. They also do not want to believe that the do not call list applies to them.

They call every month, I ask to be taken off list, they say yes, but  just keep calling. Very annoying.

calls every day and every day they tell me they would put me on the do not call list!

They called me yesterday, I asked  to be on do not call list. They said ok, called me back today. 4 months now, trying to get me to give them info from my Con Edison bill.

Have asked them not to call, and screamed and finally blocked. I don't need my electric bill reduced.Call all the time.
