The card services scammer's recorded message should say "press 1 now to speak with one of our friendly customer services agents who will be happy to rip you off, in order to earn their commission to pay for their drug habit".
This number seems to belong to some parasitic pests at CONVERSENT COMMUNICATIONS OF NEW YORK.
The call was some robo-recorded message about a "REBATE CENTER" just press "0" and get conned out of your money by them.
