this number came up on my caller id as dispatch service but in reality it was my sister in law from minnesota! this is not the first time this has happened.
Within 10 minutes I got calls from weird numbers:

Picked up the phone, clicking, nobody on other end

Picked up, got "Call from (high pitched beep)" and a menu:
1 to accept
2 leave voicemail
Accepted, got high pitched beeping again

Picked up, "call from (high pitched beep)"
Click & silence instead of voice menu
