Does someone know who calls from this number.

I have been getting calls from this number,  around 1 or 2 A.M. Nobody answers, they dont leave messages, so i might think telemrketing

Calling all the time speaking such bAd English they can't be understood

Got a call from (347) 527-4400... when I answered, the call started ringing on THEIR end... some lady answered.  I could hear what sounded like 27 old ladies making tortillas by hand, and speaking Espanol.  No clue what the company is, or what business they are in.
